
In view of environment and economic importance in segregating waste-dry and wet, Project 72 hours synonymous in providing community service around Kohima town started a new venture “I am responsible: segregate your waste” at High school junction, Saturday morning.
Seyievituo Solo informed that adolescent girls club joined Project 72 hours team in cleaning and segregating waste. He said that after segregating the waste, the accumulated bottles were sold.
He also informed that apart from cleaning the town, segregating waste would be conducted twice a month for which anyone could join the team.
Solo said that for people to join Project 72 hours initiative, updates on date, time and location would be posted on Facebook.
