Third meeting of Graduate Teacher Seniority list was held on March 16 at Kohima where all the concerned district/sub-divisional/regional conveners attended the meeting. A press release by GTs Seniority List Preparation convener, Kekuolhouthie and secretary Temjenyapang stated that house had deliberated about the ongoing court case of GT Seniority and court fee collection of Rs. 3000/- per head. It stated that the house resolved all the concerned GTs should pay court fee as mentioned since graduate teachers seniority list was now being streamlined and prepared as per the direction of the court. It also resolved that any graduate teacher who does not pay court fee would be excluded from the present seniority list of GTs. It further resolved that last date for submission of court fee has been extended to April 15, 2016. Further the house resolved that all concerned GTs would pay court fee to the respective area conveners within the stipulated date so as to avoid exclusion of the name from the list.
