Salt Christian College (SCC) Dimapur conducted a farewell programme for outgoing students at its college premises, graced by principal Government Higher Secondary School Bhandari, Nellayappan as honorary guest on March 19.
Nellayappan encouraged the students that “failure” does not mean the end but to learn from it and take positive step towards achieving success and prosperity. He said that for poor people, “education is the best weapon.”
The farewell programme was chaired by SCC art and culture secretary, Amenla O. Jamir, while welcome address was delivered by general secretary, Tiaakum. Vote of thanks was rendered by finance secretary, Ngonngam Konyak.
