C Edge College held its 2nd commencement day for its graduating class of 2016 on March 18.
Commencement speaker, Commissioner of Taxes Asangba Chuba (IAS), shared with the students his experiences which had helped him achieve goals with three characteristics of attitude which he called 3D’s – determination, dedication and discipline. He further spoke three tools which would help one be successful – time, technology and communication. He also released the Yearbook for the Class of 2016.
The year’s “Champion Star Attendance Award” was given to Ashiirhii Athia of VI Semester BA; other awards such as the “Star Attendance Awardees” and the “Laurel Awardees” were announced.
Other activities in the programme included pledge of allegiance, reading of the graduating students’ name, student representative speakers, and processional march of the graduating class.
Pastor of Naga United Village (NUV) Ao Baptist Arogo Satem Lemtur, offered the prayer.
