Awareness on ‘wildlife and environment’

In continuance of its awareness campaign of visiting colleges and schools in Nagaland on “conservation of wildlife and environment”, Fingerprint-Design & Events team visited Don Bosco on March 15, Christian Higher Secondary School on March 17, St. Claire Higher Secondary School on March 18 and Greenwood Higher Secondary School on March 19. In a press release Fingerprint-Design & Events head, Hongba Phom stated that while presenting awareness to the students, the team expressed that “our” world was a beautiful place and it had sustained everything living on it for millions of years.
It stated that students were illuminated on the fact that despite damage caused by “our” activities, “we” still had a chance to change it as people were becoming more aware of the needs of “our” environment and willing to make a change.  The release also stated that the team had encouraged the students to start conservation in small ways like using water judiciously since only 1% of the planet’s water supply could be used , as the remaining 97% was ocean water and 2% frozen solid in the Arctic and also by saving energy through switching off lights and fan when not required.
The team also acknowledged that the feedbacks and letters received from the students led the way towards process of conservation of wildlife and environment.
