In a major boost to the learning community, IGNOU study centre was inaugurated at C-Edge Collge, Dimapur on March 16.
The centre was inaugurated by associate professor and head SASRD NU, Dr. N. Tiameren Ao. He congratulated the college for the taking up new venture while stressing on the importance of education.
Earlier, C-Edge college, principal, Dr. Chubatola Aier delivered the welcome address followed by a presentation by regional director, IGNOU, Kohima, Dr. T. Iralu.
He presented in details about IGNOU and its courses, achievements, evaluation system, and the convenient provisions available at IGNOU.
Special presentation by BA IInd Semester of C-Edge College was the highlight of the day. The programme concluded with closing remark and benediction by IGNOU co-ordinator, C-Edge College, Aloli H Kinny.
