Health camp-cum-LLIN distribution in collaboration with NVBDCP was conducted by District Health Society, Zunheboto at Lizu SC, covering Lizu Old, Lizu New and Lizu Avigato village on March 8.
According to district media officer, CMO office Zunheboto, Shekho Sophie, the State Monitoring team was led by deputy director (NVBDCP), Dr. Vethihulu Demo along with her team, assisted by Dr. Mulasato Keyho, MO Asuto PHC, MO DH, Dr. Kikato, ANMs and staff of Lizu SC. It stated that Dr. Demo shared about the awareness of LLINs and the importance of healthy lifestyle.
During the camp 60 patients were treated.
District team also conducted a health camp at Asuto and Achikuchu on March 12. In this camp the medical team headed by DPO (RCH &UIP), Dr. Alemwabang Aier, MO Asuto PHC, Dr. Mulasato Keyho and consultant (NVBDCP), Medosayi assisted by nurses, treated around 70 patients.
