Pughoboto police while conducting MVCP has recovered 32 cases of assorted Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) on Friday at around 11:30 a.m. from a vehicle (NL-O7 – 0682).
According to SDPO Pughoboto sources, the driver when asked to stop fled and was chased by police for about 8 kms during which the vehicle fell 120 feet below the road near PWD colony Pughoboto town.
The two occupants identified as Pikato Awomi (22) and Puto (23) both from Dimapur sustained minor injuries. As case has been registered for the same.
