F&CS, ATI, SCERT departments bid farewell to officers

Departments of Food and Civil Supplies Kohima, Administrative Training Institute Kohima and State Council of Educational Research and Training, Nagaland (SCERT) organised farewell programmes for its officers on February 29 respectively.
F&CS department: Food and Civil Supplies Kohima organized a farewell programme for secretary F&CS and LM&CP, T. Kiheto Sema IAS at F&CS office , Civil Secretariat, Kohima.
In his farewell speech, Kiheto said that an “important chapter” of his life was closing on this day and added that in his 35 years of service he tried his best to serve the government with all sincerity and dedication. 
Kiheto reminded the officials that as long as “we” are in the Government service one must be sincere and efficient in one’s work. He also said that as a government servant discipline is the most important thing and quoted “when you are not disciplined you are not civilized either”. 
The programme was chaired by SO, F&CS, C. Danted Phom and invocation prayer was said by Sendi Chongshen. Short speeches were delivered by Director F&CS, joint controller & HOD, LM&CP, Deputy Secretary F&CS & LM&CP and PA to Secretary. 
The director and officers speaking at the programme lauded the outgoing secretary for his sincerity and dedication towards his work and wished him a happy retired life.
ATI department: Administrative Training Institute (ATI), Kohima bade farewell to Mhalezothie Khezhie, who retired as retiring additional director (trg), Kohima on February 29.
In his speech, outgoing officer shared some of his working experiences at ATI and encouraged the officers and staff to take the challenges in moving forward. 
Short speeches were also delivered by joint director, Leto Savino and asst superintendent Videno. L.Youdang Jamir, who chaired the programme thanked Khezhie, for the service rendered to the institute.
Earlier, the programee began with an invocation by deputy director (trg), Dr. Hovithal Sothu.  
SCERT: A farewell programme was held for SCERT director, Vipralhou Kesiezie on February 29.
In the programme, commissioner and secretary of SCERT and school education, F.P. Solo described the outgoing director as a trustworthy, efficient, sincere, articulate and vocal leader.  
He credited the outgoing director for bringing about an institutional rise at SCERT that is unparalleled in promoting teacher education and school curriculum in the state. 
The incoming director of SCERT, Khrietuo Mezhür described the outgoing director as a man of zeal who had accomplished a lot during his tenure.
Kesiezie in his farewell speech stated that achievements was an collective effort and acknowledged his colleagues saying he was leaving office with gratitude to God and his colleagues.
