Southern Angami Youth Organization (SAYO) has “totally banned” hunting, collecting of medicinal plant and setting up of wildfire- jungle burning within its jurisdiction. In a press release, SAYO president, Tepupal Rote and general secretary, Viraseto Neikha informed that any person or groups violating, carrying guns in the jungle within its jurisdiction would be penalized with SAYO codes and conduct and belongings of the defaulter would be seized. In this regard, SAYO appealed to every responsible individual to cooperate with the organization.
