ANPHEDWA appeals for regularization

All Nagaland PHED Work-charge Association (ANPHEDWA) in a letter to chief minister of Nagaland has appealed for prompt initiative for regularizing the service of genuine employees, those who have completed 30 years and above in service.
A press release by ANPHEDWA president, Marla stated that as per the government office memorandum No. 1 clause (1) that all existing work-charged and casual employees who are enjoying scale pay and have completed 30 years and above in service as on January 1, 2015 would be regularized by conversion of their respective post into regular subject to fulfilment of condition: (a) The incumbent have been duly verified and found genuine by the district level verification committee constituted by the government. (b) Availability of service records including appointment order, initial appointment proof of length and service and age etc”.
ANPHEDWA stated that it has fulfilled all the formalities as per office memorandum and submitted to the concern office, however lamented that concern work-charged and casual employees’ commission was yet to implement the same.  It stated that as a result of which most of the genuine employees have retired from government without availing their entitled rights.
