In a delayed report, one Assam Rifles JCO succumbed to injuries when the truck he was travelling in rolled some 150 feet below the road near Changtongya town, Mokokchung. According to reports, the truck was carrying CSD canteen stock belonging to the 7 sector Hq. The deceased has been identified as Nb Sub BM Sheelan while the injured was identified as Rifleman Sandeep.
