Consequent upon the release of all pending salaries from September to November 2015, employees of the National Health Mission (NHM) have decided to call off the proposed stir– abstinence from duty.
The state government had released all pending dues in the month of December to the respective districts.
While expressing gratitude to the department of Health and Family Welfare, the employees said they would continue to work sincerely as long as there was no delay in the payment and release of salaries in the future.
Earlier, as a mark of protest against non-payment of salary, the aggrieved employees of NHM decided not to attend their duties starting from first week of January 2016.
