The 42nd Rutsa annual day was held on December 28 at Zieke, P. Khel Kohima village. Exhorting the gathering, NAPO president Vilie-o expressed happiness over the large number of turnout of Rutsanuomia on the day and hoped that the spirit of oneness would continue amongst each and every one in the days and years to come. He also congratulated all the meritorious students who were able to achieve success and glory during the past years.
P.Khel council chairman, Zeneizo gave was brief background how the Rutsanuomia day was started in way back 1973 and applauded the founders. In his statistical report, Kevilhoutuo informed that Rutsanuomia has 201 household with 779 populations, with 125 government servants and 276 are students.
A team led by Neisevotuo as president for the tenure 2016-18 was announced by the election committee. Earlier the function as chaired by advisor RYO, Keneiriikuo, God’s blessing was invoked by Neiliehu-ii, welcome address was delivered by advisor RYO, Dr. Ruokuohelie, special number was presented by Dziesengunuo and co, while vote of thanks was delivered by advisor RYO, Keduolhoutuo followed by mass feast and entertainment.
