SVCU and SVSU holds consultative meeting

Shamator Village Citizens’ Union (SVCU) and Shamator Village Students’ Union (SVSU) held its consultative meeting on December 27, in the presence of Shamator village council.
During the meeting, house resolved that the union jointly affirmed and buttress the memorandum submitted to the commissioner of Nagaland by Shamator village council on September 15, 2015.
In this regard, union also took cognizance of sensitiveness of Shamator issue, as parent village, no organization has the freedom or allowed to organize function, be it small or big, in Shamator. House also resolved that land owner holding or organizing programme or conference would not be held responsible but organizer and government would be held responsible for any issue it would trigger.
