A meeting of heads of departments (HoDs), administrative officers, police and army officials of Dimapur district was held under the chairmanship of deputy commissioner (DC) Dimapur Kesonyu Yhome on January 12, 2016 at the DC’s conference hall, Dimapur.
Addressing the first official meeting of the year, Kesonyu extended New Year greetings to the members present.
The main agenda discussed at the meeting was work distribution and preparations for the ensuing Republic Day celebration at Dimapur on January 26, 2016.
The meeting also decided that parade rehearsals would commence from January 19- 23, 2016.
DC Dimapur sought cooperation and requested the members present to put in their best services for the success of the ensuing National programme.
Meanwhile, DC Dimapur also directed all the HoDs of the district to conduct programme in their respective offices on January 25, 2016 to commemorate the National Voters Day.
