Department of Veterinary & A.H. Pughoboto has informed that it would be conducting exhibition-cum-competition of livestock (goat) and poultry (commercial & local) on Republic Day, January 26. A press note by SDVO Pughoboto, Dr. Toshi Aier stated free anti rabies vaccination (ARV) camp for dogs would also be initiated on the same day. In this regard, all interested individual/farmers have been requested to bring their exhibit animals between 6-7 a.m. to the concern department stall at the local ground. Further, the department has requested all the concern village council chairmen to inform and encourage the public of respective villages for participation in the exhibition and vaccination on the same day after the formal programme.
