IETC trainees undertake study tour

Integrated Extension Training Centre (IETC) Medziphema, department of agriculture undertook study tour to Indian Agriculture Research Institute (IARI) New Delhi from January 11-19.
The team consists of 64 agriculture field assistants train- 25th batch trainees, was led by academic in-charge and lecturer, Dr. Watimongla Jamir along with SDAO (Sugarcane) A. Temsu and Samsanghiele A.O. During the tour, the team were appraised on agricultural farms and crop experimental stations on the latest trends in Agriculture Research. They also visited progressive farmers field to acquaint with the latest progress of activities on rabi crops.
The team also visited important historical places and other field activities in Agra, Jaipur and in and around New Delhi.
