Zhaleo calls upon party men to be agents of change

After the results of the Lok Sabha by-poll were announced on May 31, NLA deputy speaker, Zhaleo Rio addressed leaders at his residence on June 1 where he challenged party leaders to be true agents of change through deeds.
According to a press release issued by press secretary, Thejangukho Yalietsu, Zahaelo praised the party men and conveyed gratitude to all electorates of Nagaland, especially 5 Ghaspani II assembly constituency, and Dimapur district for the overwhelming support rendered in the just concluded Lok Sabha by-election. 
Addressing the gathering Rio said, “The victory has been achieved under arduous supervision of able Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party  (NDPP) party workers at all levels in creating another record of being the highest percentage of votes cast and votes secured in Dimapur district”. 
He further urged leaders to “work as servants for the welfare of people in order to pave way for change to develop and progress.”
