Governor, PB Acharya, has congratulated Swapneel Paul, from Dimapur, for securing 64th rank in the recently declared UPSC Civil Services (Mains) Exam 2017.
The governor said Paul’s achievement has not only made his parents proud but the state and the nation also and expressed hope that he would continue to contribute to the society positively.
The governor also extended his congratulates to Paul’s parents, teachers and friends, without whose support and guidance the achievement would not have been possible.
