VJAC holds meeting on proposed road construction

Voluntary Joint Action Committee (VJAC) Burma Camp consisting of seven colonies held a joint consultative meeting on November 17 and thoroughly deliberated on the issue of the proposed road construction (From Police Point to Khatkhati Slaughter house, Burma Camp).
In a press statement, VJAC convener Hokuto Zhimo and secretary Yanbothung Kikon said during the meeting the house unanimously agreed in the interest of all the concern to appeal to Telecom companies, PHED, Power department etc. for relocating any kind of structure (s) which falls within the perimeter of 23/7 ft. under the aforesaid jurisdiction so that the proposed road construction works could be implemented conveniently with any kind of obstruction. VJAC also informed that relocating of structure should be done within twenty days period, failing which the committee would not held responsible.
Further, the committee appealed the residents of Burma Camp area to extend all possible help and cooperation so that the proposed road construction works could be completed judiciously.
