Thousands of believers under Sumi Baptist Church Zunheboto (SBCZ) from various colonies attended the first day of the three-day, revival hour at SBCZ new Church building (under construction) here Friday.
Speaker of the inaugural programme was Sr pastor SBCZ, Rev. Yevito S Sumi where he held special prayer for the senior citizens.
The inaugural programme was also dedicated to senior citizens (65 years and above) on the theme, “come to the living water”.
Rev. Yevito also presented gift packages to all senior citizens.
Earlier, the introduction, presentations and keynote address were administered by Sr. Pastor SBCZ Yevito S Sümi while associate pastor women SBCZ Kasheli Rotokha chaired the function.
Deacon chairman, SBCZ Anito, extended welcome note; while Nitovi Yeptho former Akükaü/GB and octogenarian Shokhuli Chophy (83 years old) addressed the gathering on behalf of senior citizens respectively. The crowd was enthralled by SBCZ choir and SBCZ youths. Senior citizens testimonies were presented by Luholi Rotokha and Yehevi Aye respectively.
