Department of power has informed that due to upgradation work at 33/11 KV sub-station, power house Mokokchung, the power supply would be shut down for three days from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. starting October 3. In a press release, Mokokchung electrical division executive engineer Moa Aier stated that the areas to be affected include Mokokchung town, all villages in Asetkong and Ongpangkong. The department has informed that in case of rain or inclement weather, the time could get extended and requested consumers to bear with the inconveniences.
