Chief Minister T.R. Zeliang released “The Handshake Folio” during a meeting with patrons and members of Rattle and Hum Music Society (RHMS) on September 30 at his official residence, Kohima. The Handshake Folio was the highlight of “The Handshake Concert”, a means to celebrate friendship, culture and promotion of goodwill through music which was officially launched in 2009 at St. Andrew’s Auditorium, Mumbai on the occasion of World Music Day. The Handshake concert has been organized in several cities both in India and abroad.
