DCYO and JTYO have condemned the alleged life attempt on Kengim Kulimbe on April 27 in Jalukie Town.
DCYO: Dobashi Colony Youth Organization (DCYO), Jalukie, president Ikiebam Hegeu, through a condemnation note, vehemently condemned the “uncivilised act” of some persons of “the life attempt on” Kengim Kulimbe on April 27.
DCYO called upon all right thinking individuals to condemn the barbaric and inhumane act meted out on Kulimbe, by intruding into his residence with ulterior motives. DCYO also claimed that one Itingtiebe, GB Peren Town, was seriously injured when he tried to intervene. The issue has greatly affected the peaceful environment in the colony, it said.
It therefore warned that in the event of such incidents being repeated in the future, DCYO will not be held responsible for any consequences.
JTYO: Jalukie Town Youth Organization (JTYO) also condemned the incident, wherein a group of people tried to “physically assault Kulimbe at his residence in Jalukie Town.”
Whatever the case maybe, JTYO said it strongly condemns such acts within its jurisdiction. In a press note, JTYO president Adabe Rao and general secretary, Adi Haihing appealed to both the parties not to disturb the harmonious environment and society at large in the future.
