St. Thomas Mission Society (STMS) conducted a one-day teachers’ orientation for MGM College and Higher Secondary teachers at MGM Hr Sec auditorium on April 24 with professor, Ramachandran Nair and A. G. Kannan from Kerala as resource persons.
A press release by MGM Hr Sec and College, Fr. P. S. Varghese said that during the day long faculty development programme, topics like effective teaching; teacher as mentor; etc were covered. The main intention of the training was to explain the role of teachers in the teaching learning process. The resource person gave a presentation on transforming teachers to transform India.
