NCD meeting postponed

Naga Council Dimapur (NCD) general meeting scheduled on August 25 has been postponed and re-affixed on September 8. According to NCD secretary, Thsapongkyu Sangtam, the meeting was differed due to consultative meeting called by NSCN (I-M) on August 25.
