Colony chairmen issue clarification

Apropos the news item ‘Colonies demand shifting of Dimapur dumping site’ published on July 1, the colony chairmen stated that the last sentence of the 1st para should be read as– ultimatum given by the 4 colonies in May 2015, has expired on June 30, 2015 and accordingly the concerned colonies unanimously agreed ban entry of DMC vehicles to the dumping site from July 1. 
Further, they said that the parliamentary secretary acknowledged the grievances and assured that by any means the dumping site would be shifted to some other suitable place by December, 2015, and not as published. The colony chairmen have expressed sincere apology for the inadvertent errors.
