Along with the rest of the country, National Sample Survey Office (NSSO) Field Operations Division (FOD) Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation government of India, Regional Office Kohima Nagaland celebrated 9th Statistics day on June 29, at Regional Office, NSSO(FOD) Kohima under the theme “Social development: health, education, poverty, employment, social backwardness, housing and environment”. Brief speech based on the theme was delivered by Director (ISS), NSSO (FOD), regional office Kohima M.M. Singh and welcome address was delivered by senior statistical officer Orenthung Patton.
