Department of School Education (DoSE) taking note of government school teachers keeping “proxy teachers” in their place, has warned that it would initiate stern disciplinary action against those responsible.
In a press release DoSE director, Zaveyi Nyekha has also informed all concerned stake holders, NGOs, Church bodies that till date no such cases has been reported to the department with concrete documentary prove.
In the interest of the public and student community in particular, DoSE has appealed to all to extend full cooperation to help the department cleanse the unwanted practice and to give prompt unbiased report to the director for further action. It said that the reports received by the DoSE would be kept as “top confidential.”
