Monthly meeting of Tuensang District Planning and Development Board (DPDB), which was held at DC’s conference hall, Tuensang on May 22, reviewed minutes of the previous meeting that included proposal for construction sites of convention Hall at Tuensang.
The meeting, chaired by deputy commissioner (DC) Tuensang, Alem Jongshi, decided to submit the proposal to the responsible department of the state. The proposal of the extension of the Power sub Station was also deliberated.
The traffic regulation, which was passed in the previous meeting, was reported in the presence of the members.
The board also discussed on the proposal of the upgrade New Horizon School Sangsangnyu and the grant-in-aid for Bethel Mission School.
Recovery of loans from defaulters from various departments and VDBs were discussed as proposed by the SBI and Co-Operative Bank.
The agenda on proposal for opening of private college in Shamator was discussed and referred to the next meeting due to lack of proper document.
