A quarterly review meeting of district health society (DHS) Tuensang was held at CMO conference hall here on Tuesday.
At the meeting, SMO Dr. Asangla highlighted on the importance of National Iron Plan Initiative (NIPI). District media officer Tuensang Kupje shared on the topic IEC and IPC while study on health facilities was briefed by DPM Chongshen.
CMO Tuensang Dr. T. Pangjung Sangtam gave introduction of the programme.
After the formal session, there were group discussions on various health issues. It was resolved that BPM conduct facility survey for equipments, area demarcation for ANM 1 &2 (health jurisdiction), line listening of children (0-2 years) and PW through ASHA by this month and coordination of ASHA, BAC, ANM and BPMU. Vote of thanks was proposed by DPO Tuensang Dr. Temsu.
The quarterly review meeting programme was attended by DPMU staff, SMOs, MOs, DPM, DMO, BPM, BAM and ASHA coordinator.
