NAIP team train framers in Mon

Wrap-up programme on National Agricultural Innovation Project (NAIP) (2007 -2014) was conducted at NAIP Hall, Longwa Village, Mon on April 30 with SDO(C) Phomching, Pakon Phom as chief guest.
In his address, Pakon encouraged the farmers to have pride in their profession. He told the farmers that to earn for livelihood, one should take their profession with full heartedly in order to have full sufficient and to remove poverty in a society. The SDO also thanked the NAIP team for their tireless effort in training train the farmers on various projects and programmes. Prof. M Alemla Ao gave brief remark on NAIP. Short speeches were delivered by chairman Longwa Village Council, chief Angh, Longwa Village and cardamom famer, Longwa Village.
