Jalukie Hekuina Gudi (JHG) has condemned the assault on its member Baha Zeliang, fireman under Fire and Emergency Services, allegedly by Neise Chotso, son of Vise-o Chotso of Phesama village on March 17 in Phesama village Petrol Pump while on duty fire fighting in the area.
President Jalukie Hekuina Gitdi has viewed the incident with utmost concerned and considered it as most unbecoming of any right thinking citizen to assault on a humble fireman while discharging emergency duties for the welfare of the general public. The union while expressing concern to its member for speedy recovery, requested upon the concerned department authority to pursue the case sincerely and deliver justice in time.
