As a part of “Swachh Bharat Mission” in commemoration of its church silver jubilee, Alempang Baptist Church initiated a “Clean Alempang Campaign” on February 26, at its Church premises. Launching the campaign chairman of SBM, M. Bendangnukshi Longkumer called upon ward “yimten”, youth organizations and church members to come forward in making Alempang the “cleanliest model ward” in Mokokchung.
