Govt appoints DPDB, SDPDB chairmen

State government has appointed the following MLAs as chairman of district planning & development boards (DPDBs) and sub-divisional planning & development boards (SDPDBs) with immediate effect.
The government has appointed Jacob Zhimomi as DPDB Dimapur chairman; T.R. Zeliang as DPDB Peren chairman; Khriehu Liezietsu as DPDB Kohima chairman; Yitachu as DPDB Phek chairman; Amenba Yaden as DPDB Mokokchung; Er.Picto as DPDB Zunheboto chairman; Y.Patton as DPDB Wokha chairman; N. Thongwang as DPDB Mon chairman; B.S. Nganglang as DPDB Longleng chairman; R.Tohanba as DPDB Tuensang chairman and Kipili Sangtam as DPDB Kiphire chairman. Government has also appointed P. Longon as SDPDB Noklak chairman; Dr. Benjongliba Aier as DPDB Mangkolemba chairman; Er. Levi Rengma as SDPDB Tseminyu chairman; Y Vikheho as SDPDB Pughoboto chairman and Thongwang to take additional charge of SDPDB Tobu. Role, functions and responsibilities of the boards and the chairmen of DPDB and SDPDB would be governed by the notifications.
