KBBB conducts training for SS teachers

Sunday School Department of Konyak Baptist Bumching Bumeinok (KBBB) has organized a training programme for Sunday School (SS) teachers of Tobu and Aboi areas from February 17-19 on the theme ‘Empowered teacher’ at the New Building Mission Compound, KBBB.
Altogether 43 SS teachers from 28 churches attended the training. The second phase would be held during the first week of March and would cover the entire district by April month.
Sunday School secretary KBBB, Pongjei, and his assistant, Manya, coordinator of Grace Ministry, Women Department KBBB, informed that the training has been initiated to empower the teachers with Christian ethics that would help improve the children to walk in Christ.
The enthusiastic trainees expressed their joy in attending the training stating more of such trainings should be held to upgrade their knowledge and skills in teaching the students so as to enable students grow with the required Christian education.
The teachers were trained on paper crafting, preparation of teaching and visual aids (making and presentation). The next phase in March will be held for the SS teachers of Phomching and Chen area.
