IGNOU to hold entrance test

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced to conduct entrance test for Management Programmes (Openmat-xxxvii) for the sessions starting from July 2015 on February 15 at 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Test is being organized at 71 examination centres across the country accommodating 5837 candidates. Regional Director has informed that hall-tickets have already been uploaded on the university website and the candidates are informed through SMS and e-mail to download the hall ticket by entering name and date of birth and report to the examination centre.  In case if the candidates were unable to download the hall-ticket, they are asked to contact the Regional Centre and obtain the information of examination centre allocated and report to the examination centre with a proof of submission of entrance test application form along with recent passport size photograph. In such case, candidates have to submit an undertaking at the examination centre. It said if the information furnished by them are found to be incorrect, their candidature would be cancelled.  It also informed that candidates should report at the examination centre 45 minutes before commencement of the examination. University has deputed observers in all the 71 examination centres to ensure smooth conduct of the entrance test.
