Special secretary, Nagaland Legislative Assembly (NLA) A.E. Lotha has informed that the NPF and Congress have appointed their respective party’s chief whips.
In exercise of the powers conferred under Article V, Clause 10 of the NPF constitution, its president Dr. Shürhozelie Liezetsu has appointed Kiyanilie Peseyie as the chief whip of the NPF Legislature party with effect from November 14, 2014, Lotha informed in a press release.
Meanwhile, NPCC president S.I. Jamir has appointed C. Apok Jamir as the chief whip of the Congress Legislature party with effect from February 2, 2015.
Car passes: In another statement, A.E Lotha has informed ministers/parliamentary secretaries and AHoDs to collect the Car/Gallery passes from the special secretary Home. Meanwhile, for MLAs/HoDs/Media car pass to be collected from the Assembly secretariat reception counter gate-1.
