Dimapur police have arrested one person identified as John Achumi (28), son of Tohovi Achumi of Tohoi village in Niuland and presently residing at Lhomithi Colony near Sumi Baptist Church for possessing fake items on January 28 at around 3 PM from Civil Hospital junction.
Police recovered four fake driving licenses and two Nos. of NOC of DTO, Wokha, from his possession.
In a related incident, police arrested another person namely Abhijit Sarkar @ Babu (25), son of Rakhal Sarkar and resident of Middle Point Colony near Metro Hospital, Dimapur. He was arrested for possessing of one Office Round Seal of DTO, Wokha, and one designated Seal of DTO, Wokha.
In this connection, cases have been registered against the two accused at East Police Station, Dimapur for further investigation.
