LBA declares 2016 as ‘Year of Mission’

Liangmai Baptist Association (LBA) Nagaland has declared 2016 as Year of Mission. The declaration to this effect was made during the 31st annual general meeting of the Liangmai Baptist Association (LBA) held at Nsong town.
President LBA, N Silubo, encouraged the gathering and shared his though that the quality of preparation would determine the quality of performances. The president stated that as leader, it should be the bounden duty of everyone to challenge others to do good and live godly life. He said a leader is not one who pushed others from behind but one who leads, adding if we are leader we must involve ourselves first.
Executive Secretary LBA, Kitanwi Chawang, brought the most necessary agenda in order to involve almost all the population under LBA churches. The house discussed and unanimously resolved to observe 2016 as a year of mission under the Liangmai Baptist Association.
Kitanwi also said this year would be the year of preparation for the normal and formalities for all the churches. Nsong town LBC hosted the 31st Annual meeting of LBA where around 150 church leaders and delegates could come and held meeting positively to strengthen the LBA ministry.
