Individuals awarded on Republic Day

State Governor, PB Acharya, presented the President’s Police medal, President’s Fire Service medal, Governor’s Gold medal 2015 and Governor’s Commendation Certificate 2015 to some meritorious personalities on the occasion of the Republic Day celebration on January 26.
Recipients of President’s Police Medal for meritorious service 2015 are Philip Humtsoe Lotha, DIGP, Kohima; Lakha Koza, Commandant 8 NAP Battalion, Zunheboto; and Pelhouneio Angami, UBC, DEF, Kohima.
President’s Police Medal for meritorious service announced on Republic Day 2012 are Aotemsu Longkumer, Commandant 12 NAP IR, Tuli, Mokokchung; Imcharenla, Commandant 11 NAP IR, Chumukedima; Videlalie Zashumo, Commandant 13 NAP IR, Chumukedima; Iherie Ndang, Superintendent of Police, Peren; and Wepretso, UBSI DEF, Phek.
