Dimasa Public Organization (DPO), and Dimabang Halali Hosom (society) Dimapur (DHHD) have mourned the demise of late Rajkumar Paira Kachari, who passed away on January 20, at Chennai after prolonged illness.
DPO has described late Paira as one of the few social workers of repute among the Kacharis and a great organizer. It said his demise has created vacuum which would be difficult to fill.
In a separate statement, DHHD has mourned the sudden demise of Raj Kumar Paira Mech, former vice president and general secretary of Kachari Tribal Council Nagaland and former Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) advisor. DHHD has described him as a dynamic leader whose contributions were immense for Kacharis.
Both organisations have conveyed condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.
