ZPO urges departments to shift office

Zeliang People’s Organisation (ZPO) said a new outlook has evolved in New Peren district headquarters with ultimate signs of development and progress with the Deputy Commissioner, Peter Lichamo, occupying the new headquarters building and functioning smoothly.
Stating that New Peren district headquarters is the first model district headquarter in the State, ZPO president Kiezen Zeliang said a great deal of developmental projects and Government offices were completed years back, but due to objection by some groups, offices were not shifted to the new site.
ZPO has thanked the DC and his staff and also the Industry Department for initiating first march to the new site and executing their duties with sincerity for the welfare and uplift of the public.
It has also lauded the Government of Nagaland under the leadership of the chief minister, TR Zeliang, for practically executing developmental projects in the new headquarters.
Further, ZPO has requested other departments to shift their offices to the new headquarter.
