Zbto police nab one for car theft; vehicle recovered

Zunheboto police station personnel arrested one alleged “car-lifter” Monday and also recovered the car stolen by the accused.
According to police, the accused has been identified as one Itoka Awomi of Lizuto village, under PO/PS Aghunato and resident of Alahuto Colony Zunheboto. The owner of stolen vehicle (Maruti-Alto) was also reportedly a resident of Alahuto colony.
Police said on receiving the complaint they carried out intensive hunt and the accused was nabbed within 24 hours along with the vehicle.
Both the accused and the recovered vehicle were in police custody for further investigation till the time of filing this report.
