KPK celebrates silver jubilee at Zukihe village

Keltomi Phuthemi Kuposhukulu (KPK) celebrated its silver jubilee (1990-2015) on the theme “Kuttu-kitheni (forbearance)” at its headquarters Zukihe Villege January 17 and 18.
According to a press release issued by its president Hukiye Yeputhomi, the jubilee monolith of KPK was dedicated by Thahekhu Village Baptist Church senior pastor Rev. Dr. Yehevi Zhimo and unveiled by retired district and session L. K. Achumi January 17.
At the jubilee programme, the speakers included WSBAK mission promoter Rev. Nikheto Kiho and SBC Kohima associate pastor youth Nitoshe Zhimo. Jubilee magazine was released by district industries centre (DIC) Peren, general manager Vihoto K. Achumi and greetings by Keltomi village chief S. Hoshito Yeputhomi.
The jubilee celebration concluded with the selection of new team of office bearers for 2015-2017. The new team would be led by Hukiye Yeputhomi as president, Piwoto Achumi (vice president), Sukhapup Kiho (general secretary), Hito Achumi (assistant general secretary), Khetovi Kiho (finance secretary) Nikato Yeputho (assistant finance secretary) and Akheshe Zhimo (information & publicity secretary).
