Governor greets on Army Day

On the occasion of Army Day, celebrated January 15 every year in India to pay homage to the brave Indian soldiers, the Nagaland governor P.B. Acharya has extended best wishes and “warm greetings” to all officers, soldiers, ex-servicemen and their families.
In his message, the governor said army has been continuously maintaining the highest standard of professionalism and excellent role in each and every task assigned to them.
He expressed optimism confidence that Indian army would continue their efforts with confidence and address the problems with distinction, keeping in view the best interest of the nation.
Meanwhile, governor also paid his respect to all those gallant soldiers in Nagaland who made supreme sacrifices in the line of duty, saying they would remain the pride of the nation.
