OMHP resolves

Old Ministers’ Hill Panchayat (OMHP) has unanimously resolved not to issue residential or no objection or other certificates to the sanitation/ membership fee defaulter (s), while it also resolved to disallow pet dog(s) from wandering around in the streets of the colony and asked the owners to chain their pet dogs to prevent spread of diseases from animals and also to maintain public hygiene.
The resolution to this effect was taken during its general meeting held on October 25 at Ungma Kiti. The Panchayat also resolved to prohibit residents releasing septic tank other than the fixed time from 11 p.m. till 2 a.m. on a rainy night, while it also directed all shops, hotels and business centres under its jurisdiction not to open after 8 p.m. and prohibit late night partying by roadside/ junction and public parks after 8 p.m.
