Eastern Nagaland People’s Organisation (ENPO) Wednesday appealed to “all the national workers to call back armed cadres if any in the effected villages and Tuensang Town to avoid any unwarranted situation”, to bring peace and tranquility in Tuensang district. In a press release, ENPO vice president C. Sashi Naga also urged the district administration and security forces, to instruct patrolling personnel “to frisk and check any person” roaming around in suspicious manner. He said some miscreants may try to create panic which may bring fear psychosis in the minds of innocent public. Further, ENPO appealed public to co-operate with the police and administration, in order to normalize the current tension.
