BJP Nagaland State Secretary (Media) and Convenor, Jaangsillung Gonmei, informed that the membership drive has been running smoothly since the past two months and expected to complete enrollment of memberships in less than three months.
He said this during meeting of the district presidents and state morcha presidents on Membership Drive and Social Media held on January 14 at Bookmarc conference hall.
District presidents have been requested to complete the appointments of four district office bearers namely two conveners and two co-conveners for membership drive and for social media for the purpose of early completion of membership drive in their respective districts. They were also directed to submit the completed membership enrollment booklets issued to them by January 25 to the Convenor Yanghose Sangtam.
Membership drive tour programme to four district headquarters of Phek, Kohima, Peren and Wokha has been scheduled while the rest of the district headquarters would be scheduled at a later date.
It informed that party workers and supporters could log on to the social media for membership page at www.facebook.com/bjpmedianagaland for interaction on the party policy and programmes. Online membership enrollment could be done by dialing 1800 2626 6000 and receive the membership enrollment number through SMS. To enroll through filled-in forms one may contact any BJP office bearers or the district presidents.
